Gammon Trimuel, Jr. has over 20+ years of experience and expertise in the construction and asphalt industry.
Gammon began his career in the IT industry before joining the family business in 1994. He credits his wealth of knowledge and expertise due to working in his family's business, which holds its legacy and reputation for being a strong minority asphalt paving company for more than 50 years. After working in the family business for many years, Gammon decided to branch out to start his own asphalt company with his wife and is proud to begin a legacy of his own.
Gammon knows the industry well and has a reputation for providing the necessary materials and resources to complete a job no matter how big or small. He has worked throughout the Chicagoland area with top General Contractors and has also established great working relationships with many leaders in the construction and asphalt industry.
Gammon completed the Chicago Contractor Development program with the Chicago Urban League; and received the Achievement Award for CCD Training Workshop from the Harvey Area Chamber of Commerce.

Karen Trimuel’s, professional experience and expertise in the corporate arena spans over 30+ years in various industries such as Auditing & Consulting, Banking, Healthcare, Intellectual Property Consulting, etc. She’s a steadfast professional and a highly respected leader in the Chicagoland business industry.
Before starting Gamm’s Asphalt Services with her husband, Karen provided high level administration and operation expertise to such companies as Ernst & Young, BMO Harris Bank, and The National Alliance for Health Information Technology (NAHIT). While at NAHIT, she also served as special assistant to the Chair of the Commission of Systemic Interoperability, a special healthcare commission created by one of the former U.S. Presidents in Washington D.C.

Karen's administration, operations background, and expertise have benefitted the growth and stability of Gamm's Asphalt Services.

Karen was awarded the Daryl F. Grisham Advocacy award for her community involvement and advocating for others. She has also served on the Advisory Board of Directors – School of Performing Arts at Governors State University.
